Sleep rough so others don’t have to. In 2015 year the YMCA fundraising event, which invites participants to set up home overnight in a temporary village of cardboard shelters, is taking place simultaneously across two venues. Last year 160 people participated, raising awareness and financial support for homeless and vulnerable individuals in their communities. The ticket price includes a Sleep Easy beanie hat, hot drinks, soup and breakfast and also goes towards the night's entertainment, which means that all the money participants raise goes towards helping homeless people.
