Thames Festival 2013: The Great British Carnival comes to the Thames

Experience the electric atmosphere of mas (carnival party), with a selection of the UK’s top samba and soca bands, costumed dancers and carnival creations showcasing some of the country’s best carnival arts and artistry. There's a mas camp and open workshop from noon-2pm, and showcases take place in the afternoon (3-6pm) and evening (6.30-9.30pm).
