This Totally Thames exhibition is the culmination of an annual art project linking more than 2,000 young people around the world through the theme of 'rivers'. This year the large-scale artworks on show come from cities including London, New Orleans, Taipei in Taiwan and Jhelum in Pakistan. They can be seen on the riverside between the Tate Modern and Tower Bridge.
