Grab yourself a whole host of handmade jewellery, textiles, hangings, quilts, Christmas decorations and knitwear at this community-run fair in the beautiful (and not often open) Limehouse Town Hall. Choir performances, children's workshops and exhibitions will take place throughout the weekend, and there'll also be an Anonymous Art Sale of postcard-sized works, for which Danny Boyle is among the contributors. Funds raised from the auction will go to the charity Stiches in Time, to sustain their FabricWorks classes which help local women to improve their English language and sewing skills, increase social contact and improve job prospects.
