Time Out says

Lord Rogers’ high-tech Lloyd’s of London building, constructed in 1986, with all its ducts, vents, stairwells and lift shafts on the outside (it is sometimes referred to as the 'inside-out building') looks like an oil rig dumped in the heart of the City. The building, which is home to the Lloyd's of London specialist insurance market, consists of a series of towers around a central space, the focal point of which is the Underwriting Room housing the famous Lutine Bell. The building is not open to the public but usually takes part in the annual Open House London event. In December 2011 the building was awarded Grade I listed status.

For Open House London 2014, parts of Lloyd's of London, inducing the ground floor and the 11th floor gallery, will be open on Saturday September 20, 10am-4pm.
