Sure, the movie is important, but the food trucks, guys, the food trucks. There’s enough food on wheels at each Eat|See|Hear event to feed an army—tacos, grilled cheese, ice cream—but you’re not going to be able to sample everything. We’ve narrowed down the best bites to line up for at each screening, starting with the Pitch Perfect showing on May 9 at Santa Monica High School Memorial Greek Amphitheater. To accompany your Barden Bellas sing-along, here’s what you should be noshing on:

Connecticut roll at Cousins Maine Lobster. Served warm with just a light sprinkling of butter and lemon, this lobster roll is, hands down, one of the best in LA.

The Fully Loaded Cheesy Mac at Grilled Cheese Truck. Macaroni and cheese, BBQ pork and caramelized onions—what's not in this grilled cheese? Napkins encouraged.

Ice cream sandwich at Coolhaus. The possibilities between ice cream flavors and cookies here are endless, and it all depends on what Coolhaus has on hand that evening. But you really can't go wrong—especially when their salted caramel ice cream is involved.

Tacos at Komodo. To say that there are a hundred unique tacos (fish and grapes, anyone?) at the Komodo truck may be a bit hyperbolic, but there's something for everyone here. Order a few and dig in.

For a full list of available food trucks, check out the Eat|See|Hear food lineup.

Still hungry after the movie? We've come up with a few ideas for where to go in Santa Monica for a slice of pizza, a coffee, a drink or something else after.
