Likable stand-up Dwayne Perkins, who has his own episode of Comedy Central Presents and appeared on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, manages to be emphatic and laid-back at the same time. The Brooklyn native's tone is so matter-of-fact that his premises, no matter how silly, feel absolutely natural.
