SoCal’s first large-scale permanent craft marketplace, Crafted is housed in—you guessed it—a warehouse at the Port of LA. A patchwork of stalls house local designers (such as Branch of Life, which makes planters out of natural and found objects; or The Donut Snob, which bakes handmade gourmet donuts) who sign on to sell their goods every Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the year. Also on offer are craft demonstrations, live music, food trucks and special events, such as an Etsy craft party—call up your knitting circle!

Went to crafted this past weekend in May was highly disappointed as the place was empty of vendors and public . Almost 75 percent of the booth were empty . And Only 1/2 of the building space was used . The remaining vendors were bored or disinterested in wanting to do business except for the spice man owho dd greet me with a warm hello and went over his spices the others booths simply did not engage with the small public that was their, it was such a turn off having spent one hours drive to get there . We then went to the Iowa battleship located close to the crafted building had a blast so the day was not lost .
