Echo Park Rising, now in its third year, had visitors and Eastsiders alike cruising the neighborhood this weekend in search of live music, deals from local businesses and fun pop-ups including a free lemonade stand, bizarro marching band and even a manicure/haircut station. Venues such as Origami Vinyl and the Echo showcased some pretty heavy-hitting artists, and the two-day soirée proved to be a welcome warmup for next week's FYF fest.
