Time Out says

As much as it might sound like another name for Kate Middleton's due date, the National Day of Wales is actually an all-day celebration of Welsh culture. Outside, a Celtic marketplace, open from 10am to 6pm, will allow visitors to explore and purchase Welsh food and crafts, partake in a range of workshops, learn the Welsh language, hear storytelling and readings, and kids will have the opportunity to make Welsh crafts. Inside, a 1:30pm Druid blessing kicks off the ticketed events, which include a screening of the 1962 short film Dylan Thomas, starring Richard Burton, followed by performances by the Welsh Choir of Southern California, Paul Child (Wales' biggest independent selling artist) and the North American debut of Welsh soprano/harpist sensation Siobahn Owen. Outside events are free, while tickets to the indoor performances start at $15.
