La Feria de los Moles

Mole, Oaxaca and Puebla's famous dish—the labor-intensive sauce requires more than 13 ingredients ranging from chiles to chocolate—gets its own all-day festival at Downtown's Grand Park. Sample a variety of moles, from spicy to sweet, plus other incredible Mexican dishes, and enjoy live music at the family-friendly fest. Admission is free, with food available for purchase.
