Time Out says

And you thought learning about fashion at ASU FIDM (now an L.A. branch of Arizona State University) was just for students. As you can probably guess, all of the exhibitions at the ASU FIDM Museum revolve around fashion in some way—from costume design for television to antique textiles and garments. Make sure to check the museum’s website for current show details—it’s only open when there's something to show. Private tours are available outside of the museum’s normal hours (Tue–Sat 10am–5pm), and $5 parking is available underneath the ASU FIDM building on 9th Avenue just before Grand Avenue.

The display showcases over 50 rare ensembles and accessories highlighting Adrian’s famous MGM film creations—including designs for Joan Crawford, Jean Harlow and The Wizard of Oz—alongside his influential couture and retail fashions that defined American women’s style throughout the 1930s and 1940s.
