Bagatelle (CLOSED)

Any lover of the boozy brunch must make at least one pilgrimage to West Hollywood’s glamorous Bagatelle. This St. Barth-by-way-of-NYC import celebrates the union of breakfast and lunch French Riviera-style, with giant jeroboams of Veuve topped with sparklers, ample punchbowls and dancing on booths. The food is an afterthought when the entire Beverly Hills crowd squeezes themselves in tiny dresses or dons shiny suits to make the chandelier-lit scene, but Green Eggs and Ham or platters of French Toast sticks appear on most of the tables to soak up the party.
