Cemitas are a nifty little Mexican sandwich containing breaded and fried meat, chiptole chiles, avocado, pickled onions and quesillo, stuffed inside a toasted sesame seed bun—and the ones served at this tiny little turquoise-painted Echo Park eatery are some of the best in LA.
