Fabiolus Cucina is owned by Fabio and Chiara Conti, both born and raised in the beautiful town of Verona in northern Italy. After a lifetime of culinary and hospitality experience, they opened Fabiolus Cucina in 1992, serving fresh food made from organic and local ingredients. The restaurant is located near the Arclight Cinemas, Pantages Theatre, Palladium, Avalon, Music box and Montalban theatre—perfect for catching dinner and a show.
