Grain Dinner at Union

Join Union for the second annual Grain Dinner, when chef Bruce Kalman will be teaming up with chef Chris Bianco from Phoenix's Pizzeria Bianco for a meal that pays tribute to the almighty grain. The dinner will include shared dishes celebrating California ingredients, along with grains locally sourced and milled from Grist & Toll (wine pairings included). Following the meal, guests will watch a partial screening of "The Grain Divide," a documentary dealing with the growing aversion in America to wheats and grains.
