Josef Centeno has morphed Pete's Cafe into Ledlow, an upscale Downtown spot open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and, obviously, brunch). Elevated, technique-driven American cuisine dominates the menu, featuring dishes like beef tongue salad and coffee-crusted hangar steak. A sizeable drink menu lists wine, beer and cocktails, which you can sip on at the marble-topped bar.
