Nobu Los Angeles may be the most glamorous addition to the Nobu empire in the United States. It opened in the spring of 2008 and was designed by world renowned architect David Rockwell in the famed L'Orangerie space on La Cienega Boulevard. The menu features dishes such as toro tartar with caviar, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno and chef/owner Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature Black Cod with Miso.
