Like a holiday edition of Fiesta Hermosa, this weekend-long event transforms the coastal city’s downtown with an open house among existing retailers plus a pop-up open-air marketplace (Pier Ave between Valley Dr and Monterrey Dr), as well as a carnival (Pier Plaza).
