Don Paco

Don Paco, now in his 80s, is a former bullfighter from Jérez, and the Andalusian matador in him is charmingly apparent in his decades-old restaurant. With photos of famous visitors (King Juan Carlos and his parents were regulars, and Bob Hope ate here too) and Andalusian memorabilia covering the walls, it oozes southern style. 'Tinto de verano' ('summer wine' cut with lemonade) on tap, ample sherry options... who needs Seville? Dishes can be variable, but this is more about atmosphere.
