Las Carboneras Restaurant is located in the most “castiza” part  of Madrid. Born from the idea of recovering the old cafe singers, this flamenco restaurant combines a cutting-edge image and style with the best of current flamenco. They have had the best singers, guitarists and dancers like Angel Gabarra, Montse Cortes, Jose Ring, the Trevino brothers, Juan Soto, Arcadio Marin, Manuela Vega "The blemish," Ana Romero, Rafael Amargo, Manuel Liñán and many others. In addition, the walls of the room are covered with all kinds of artistic spirit of flamenco, as the painting of Candy Román or photographs of Shin Yamasawa. The kitchen is typical of Las Carboneras hosts traditional Spanish cuisine with a touch of creativity.
