This stadium is home to Getafe CF and is named after a famous football former player who was born in this Madrid suburb. Both the north and the east stands were built on the natural hillsides.Getting tickets for the 17,000-capacity stadium is not usually a problem as the fan base is relatively small, but may be problematic when one of the bigger teams is visiting.
