1. Peruvian Cuisine
Get a taste of Peru! Learn how to make traditional dishes and explore Peruvian recipes during this delicious evening. Once you’ve learned how to make the Peruvian-style white fish ceviche, leche de tigre, lomo saltado (sautéed beef), Peruvian rice, aji amarillo pepper paste, Peruvian alfajores and manjar blanco, you’ll be cooking up a storm at home.
2. Cocktails & Tapas
What's better than a class that brings together cocktails and tapas? This class kicks off with a cocktail master class followed by a 2-hour tapas session. Some dishes on the menu? The salmon tartare is accompanied by avocado and lime, with spicy mayonnaise, freshly fried Panko crumbs, chia seeds, and fresh chives, all on a bed of mixed greens. Then, there is confit duck with caramelized onions and Oka cheese on country bread toast. For vegetarian options, there are cauliflower florets served with preserved lemon and paprika-grilled chickpeas. For dessert, you can enjoy Crema Catalana, subtly flavored with lemon zest, cinnamon, and caramelized with brown sugar.
