There's no seating inside Caffè Amadeus, but plenty of tables set out on busy Piazza Amedeo make this a good place at which to observe the youth of Naples as they indulge in their customary evening pastimes of posing on scooters, chatting and insouciantly causing major traffic congestion. The art of the cappuccino is deftly demonstrated by Lorenzo, who will inscribe the foam with any message you like.
