Hidden down a cobbled street near St Peter's, the Bramante was once home to 16th-century architect Domenico Fontana, and became an inn in 1873. It has a large, pleasant reception and a little patio. The 16 rooms are simple but elegant; most have high-beamed ceilings, some have wrought-iron beds.
