Alberoni Beach, Lido review Rate it
Now an almost exclusively gay beach, Alberoni is the place to cruise in summer. The dunes and pine forest are where the action is. If the weather's good, cruising starts as early as April; but if you enjoy being spoilt for choice, go for Saturdays and Sundays in July and August. Take the B/ bus (Alberoni Spiaggia) from Santa Maria Elisabetta to the last stop, then turn right and walk about ten minutes.
