Time Out says

Part bakery, part pizzeria, Bread Republic is a delightfully hipster establishment, that offers up a cozy environment and tasty treats. Run by a burly man who looks somewhat like an authentic Italian partisan, Bread Republic has an artsy design and rustic yet trendy furniture. It’s situated within an old style wine cellar, with high vaulted arched ceilings that give it a gothic farm kitchen vibe that feels perfect for planning the resistance. It perfectly blend hipster cool, with comfort and classy dining, making it ideal for either lunch or dinner. The pizzas on the menu are mouth watering, freshly prepared and cooked in a wood fire oven – try the fennel sausage pizza for a tangy twist. If you’re going then it’s defiantly worth ordering a pizza, but don’t dismiss the rest of the menu, which has some other tantalizing dishes, including fresh handmade pasta, seafood specialties and salads. They open for breakfast early and sell fresh bread to take home.
