As hole in the wall eatery’s go, Butcher’s easily towers over the completion. From smoked, pulled pork to beef brisket to buttermilk batter Fried Chicken & Waffles with maple syrup the menu is so strong it’s hard to decide what to have. Best of all this isn’t some ‘American concept restaurant’ that charges $30 grilled cheese. It’s American food done as American food should be – fast, hot, delicious and in large portions for good value. The Notorious P.I.G burger (punned after the rapper) is lashings of pulled pork, slaw and saws in a flowery bun.
