Time Out says

T-Marbouta is one of the best-loved café bars in Hamra. It’s the perfect hangout for the troubled intellectual or the artist looking to drink coffee and eat mezze while seeking inspiration. To make sure that customers are not too distracted by the free Wi-Fi, you’ll find a well-stocked library, reading room and quiet terrace. This creative space also hosts events such as exhibitions and film screenings and all of this is likely to keep procrastination at bay. It’s a welcome venue that attracts everyone from young professionals to the middle aged, but stops short of pretention. T-Marbouta serves a comprehensive selection of warm and cold mezze, as well as salads, soups and a few sandwiches, all of which are reasonably priced and of excellent quality.
