The beginners’ course is ideal for people new to yoga, those keen to refresh their practice, or simply for yogis with some experience but who enjoy getting back to the basics. The course will emphasise correct technique and postural alignment.

Step by step, you will learn:
• Asanas – yoga postures
• Pranayama – yogic breathing exercises
• Savasana – yogic relaxation

When practised regularly, yoga provides physical, mental and spiritual benefits, and our aim is that by the end of the course you will have enough knowledge and understanding to establish a sound basic personal practice. You should also be able to comfortably attend any of the other classes here at TPY.

We encourage guys to come along too. So if your boyfriend/dad/colleague/mate has ever thought about trying yoga, this is the class to get them started.

Please note this course books out so book early to avoid missing out.

Date: Monday 12th Sep
(each Monday eve following for 6 weeks)
Time: 6.45–8.00pm (please arrive at 6.30pm)
Cost: $115(must be paid up front)
