This beginners’ course is ideal for people new to yoga, those keen to refresh their practice, or simply for yogis with some experience but who enjoy getting back to the basics. The course will emphasise correct technique and postural alignment.

Step by step, you will learn:
• Asanas – yoga postures
• Pranayama – yogic breathing exercises
• Savasana – yogic relaxation

When practised regularly, yoga provides physical, mental and spiritual benefits, and our aim is that by the end of the course you will have enough knowledge and understanding to establish a sound basic personal practice. You should also be able to comfortably attend any of the other classes here at TPY.

We encourage guys to come along too. So if your boyfriend/dad/colleague/mate has ever thought about trying yoga, this is the class to get them started.

Time: 6.45–8.00pm (doors open at 6.30pm, please arrive at 630, especaiily for the first week) )
Cost: $115 (must be paid up front)
Venue: TPY Studio 3/228 Main St, Osborne Park

We are above Joyce Kitchens next to NAB.

Doors must be locked at 6.45pm so please allow plenty of time for traffic to ensure you don’t arrive late.

Please note that due to the popularity (it books out each time) of this course no refunds are given for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to commencement. And no refunds or transfers of classes are available once the course has begun.
