Propel Youth Arts WA says
Whoever said there was no such thing as a free lunch? ;)

Join a group of likeminded strangers for friend-making, food-eating, and topical discussions. Stepping out of your comfort zone is worthwhile, because it takes the weirdness out of meeting new people, because creativity can be born from the uncomfortable, and because you're just crazy like that.

We'll provide a complimentary picnic basket full of food, a few other things to take the awkwardness out of the situation, and perhaps a few prizes.

Suitable for ages 15 - 26.

Just show up armed with conversation and LOLs!

Presented by Propel Youth Arts WA in partnership with the Department of Local Government and Communities, the KickstART Festival celebrates National Youth Week by delivering an enriching program throughout the Perth Cultural Centre and surrounds, from April 9 - 24, developed for young people by young people.

National Youth Week is Australia’s largest annual celebration of young people aged 12 to 25 years. More than 100 events - including the KickstART Festival - are expected to take place in WA during National Youth Week in 2016. The KickstART Festival would not be possible without the generous support from the Department of Local Government and Communities, Department of Culture and the Arts, Lotterywest, Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, City of Perth, Cathedral Square, the Central Institute of Technology, and Hyperfest.
