Swan Festival Of Lights says
The Indian Festival of Deepavali (Diwali) is one of the most popular festivals. It is celebrated by over 50,000 persons of Indian origin who reside in WA. It is also celebrated by over 1 billion people both in India and overseas. The Festival symbolises the victory of good over evil and light over darkness.

The festival supports a number of community charities – this year the Down Syndrome Association of WA, Heart Foundation and SivaShanta Mother and Child Care Centre in India will be supported through selected activities.

* Annalakshmi Indian vegetarian cuisine daily from 4:30pm.
* Performances begin nightly from 6:00pm, with fireworks finale.
* FREE ENTRY
* Smoke & Alcohol-Free Festival.
