Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) says
WAAPA is not just a school for excellent performers but for creatives, arts administrators and technicians. WAAPA offers full-time, specialized training in Arts Management and offers a range of courses across its Production & Design department, including; Costume, Design, Lighting, Props and Scenery, Sound and Stage Management.

Each of these Production & Design courses are structured so that in the first year students complete a Diploma of Live Production and Technical Services in their chosen discipline. Their is no ATAR requirement for applicants. In the second year of the course students will complete a Advanced Diploma of Live Production and Management Services and in their third and final year students will articulate into a Bachelor of Performing Arts.

You're invited to come to our Mount Lawley campus for a tour of WAAPA's specialist Production and Design technical facilities and to chat with us about our range of Production and Design courses, admission pathways, applications, and course options.
