Au Grand Ecuyer is primarily a French restaurant – and one of the great bargains in the city. Gallic-African owned and operated, it serves continental cuisine with a profound twist of local flavour, as well as influences from Côte d’Ivoire. The seafood-laden menu has various simple recipes, prepared and presented like home-cooked meals. The pick of the bunch? We’d opt for the grilled lobster, which is incredibly well priced, or the grilled tilapia.
