The dramatic, eclectic decor, combining chandeliers, driftwood screens and mother-of-pearl curtains, sets the scene for equally complex locally inspired dishes. Starters feature a guinea fowl consommé with oxtail, while mains include a showstopper of pan-fried springbok with sweet potato nut crust and fig chilli jam. Those wanting the whole Pure experience should order the seven-course tasting menu.
