Well, another big local summer music festival has come into focus. Last week, Spring Awakening announced the celebrity DJs which will top its bill, and this morning Pitchfork released its preliminary lineup. There a decidedly local flavor to the 10th edition of the three-day affair in Union Park. Chicago acts Wilco and Chance the Rapper will headline, Friday and Sunday, respectively, along with Sleater-Kinney on Saturday, just as we predicted. (One out of three! That's baseball all-star numbers.)

The rest of the poster is loaded with critically adored names from the past year, including Todd Terje, creator of our favorite album of 2014. Other acts slated to visit July 17–19 include CHVRCHES, Future Islands (creator of the best song of 2014), New Pornographers, Run the Jewels, Caribou, Panda Bear, Mac DeMarco, Ariel Pink, Kurt Vile and ILOVEMAKONNEN.

Other locals on the bill include Vic Mensa, who just popped up on that ho-hum new Kanye track, "Wolves," Ryley Walker, Jimmy Whispers and Bitchin Bajas. See the complete lineup below. Tickets (single day $65, three-day $150) are on sale now.

Friday: Wilco, CHVRCHES, Panda Bear, Mac DeMarco, ILOVEMAKONNEN, Iceage, Ought, Steve Gunn, Tobias Jesso Jr., Jessica Pratt, Natalie Prass, Ryley Walker

Saturday: Sleater Kinney, Future Islands, New Pornographers, Todd Terje, Kurt Vile, Parquet Courts, Ariel Pink, Vic Mensa, A$AP Ferg, Ex Hex, Vince Staples, Future Brown, Shamir, Mr. Twin Sister, Protomartyr

Sunday: Chance the Rapper, Run the Jewels, Caribou, Jamie xx, Madlib & Freddie Gibbs, Courtney Barnett, Perfume Genius, Waxahatchee, Sophie, The Julie Ruin, Clark, How to Dress Well, A. G. Cook, Viet Cong, Bitchin Bajas
