With branches on all three sides of the city, Jaipur is in danger of becoming a chain rather than a top-class Indian, for which it has always been liked. Service is extremely courteous, and food is light and tasty. Alongside a typical, albeit classily executed range of common or garden rubies are some excellent fish and seafood options (a rich Goan seafood curry, tamarind crab curry, sea bass steamed with curry leaves). Money has been spent on the interiors in all three branches.
