Good-quality ingredients are put to imaginative use in a variety of vegetarian dishes, from Asian green salad to tasty tarts. Meat-eaters, meanwhile, get to sink their teeth into less squeamish options with names like 'chicken on the run', or tackle thick, juicy steaks, all manner of burgers, grills and hearty mains. Pizzas are made with organic dough, and the kids' menu features plenty of health-conscious versions of classic junior crowd-pleasers (organic chicken nuggets and whatnot). Lime-green banquettes and table decorations in flowerpots complete the picture.
