Monika Grzymala's Volumen at the Morgan Library & Museum

Berlin artist Monika Grzymala presents a site-specific installation created for the Morgan's glass-enclosed 50-foot-high Gilbert Court: a sort of homage to the Morgan's role as a repository for original manuscripts and documents in the form of a large web or hanging, made out of thousands of pieces of handmade paper strung together with bookbinding yarn. Kids are sure to be in awe of the installation, which will look something like a giantcloud of huge snowflakes.
