  • We had a most delightful early evening visit to the Children's Museum of the Arts. Our two hour visit was full of fun things to do including what appeared to be their permanent installations; play dough, blocks and a giant ball pit. The activities that were centered around the "Tweets" theme were engaging for our four year old grandson. When told that crafting water birds was the clay bar activity of the day he responded " I'll make a seagull." The facilitator told him honestly that he wasn't familiar with the shape of a seagull. He proceeded to search for an image on his cell phone, make it full screen size and worked with Sal to craft a wonderful seagull which we brought home to display. We would recommend this as a family outing although it is a little pricey at $11 per person.
