If you haven't introduced your kids to The Jungle Book yet, now's the time! Disney just released a teaser trailer for the remake, and it looks to be way different (read: way cooler) than the cute, cartoonish original. Directed by Jon Favreau, the reincarnation of The Jungle Book will use live action and lots of CGI to create photorealistic images of the Indian jungle.

Another addition to Disney's collection of kids' movies adapted from children's books, the refreshed film will be released in 3D IMAX on April 15, 2016. Judging from the trailer, we can expect tons of action-packed scenes, which could be scary for little ones, but we can't wait to watch 10-year-old Neel Sethi (the only human in the film) play Mowgli, or to see lifelike versions of the animals.

The other actors involved voice the jungle's creatures, with Billy Murray as Baloo, Ben Kingsley as Bagheera and Scarlett Johansson providing a dangerously enchanting voice for Kaa. To make the film more realistic, a few changes were made to the characters we know and love, but Favreau made sure that iconic moments from the original were included. Did we hear the jaunty tune of "Bear Necessities" at the end?
