Judging from what we've seen of the Guggenheim's latest show, "A Year with Children 2012," which opens on Friday, May 11, New York City has some extraordinarily talented kids—and the Guggenheim some pretty fantastic educators, too. All the works in the show were created by students at one of 11 NYC public schools thanks to the Guggenheim's Learning Through Art education program. Scroll through our slide show to get a look at some of the student-artists with their artwork, then check out the show in person. It's bound to inspire your kid's artistic side like no other exhibition in town.

"A Year with Children: 2012" is up at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum from May 11 to June 13.
