If shopping at nearby Saks has sapped your savings, behold Prime Burger, the venerable coffeeshop with a 1960s wood-paneled interior, swing-tray seats and $4.25 burgers. The plump quarter-pound patty is flame broiled and served on a toasted sesame-seed bun, and the fries are long, blond beauties. Don’t exercise moderation here; make sure there’s room in your belly for a slice of homemade pie.
