City Island Halloween Parade

Little ones can trot down the island's main thoroughfare decked out in their Halloween best. The parade starts at Hawkins Park and travels down City Island Avenue between Fordham and Hawkins Streets. Following the parade, families often give out candy from their porches. All ages.
