Head to Sugar Hill Children’s Museum during its free admission every third Sunday of the month. In February, the museum is all about love and compassion and expresses these values through a day of story telling, interactive activities. The Light Room (10am-4pm) will focus on building self-determination and the importance of community through collaborative projects. Draw Me A Pic! (11am-1pm) is a collaboration with Pure Vision Arts, an organization dedicated to providing people with developmental disabilities that chance to express themselves through art. Little ones can share their imaginative characters with artist Elisa Huberman for her to illustrate. And families can go on a Virtuous Journey with Rez and Mando (1pm-2pm) where they’ll hear stories on courage, grace, humility, and love and sing, dance, and play instruments to their heart’s content. All ages.
