Star Searchers—”Exploring the Night Sky”

Get a view of the sparkling stars in the night sky at this astronomy program. Professor and astronomer Mark Freilich will lead families in a question-and-answer session on astronomy and a viewing of the sky using professional telescopes. Participants will get glimpses of Sirius, the brightest star in the sky, the planet Jupiter and the constellation Orion. Registration required. Ages 9 and up.
