Sago House is a new bar set up by three industry veterans – former Monkey Shoulder brand ambassador Jay Gray, Spiffy Dapper owner George Abhishek, and ex-craft spirit distributor at EC Proof Desiree Jane Silva. Its interior is set up and built almost entirely by hand, and will feature a menu comprised of six core drinks based on classic styles of Daiquiri, Flip, Highball, Martini, Old Fashioned, and Sidecar.
