There's plenty of booze going around at this progressive four-storey cocktail playground. From delicious highballs at the first floor Japanese-inspired speakeasy to bespoke craft cocktails on the second floor restaurant bar, expect different levels offering different boozy treats.
The Level 1 space is a particularly new concept. Previously occupied by White Shades' gelato bar, it is now home to a sexy speakeasy showing off the best Japanese mixology in three curated highball menus. Take your pick from Japanese Kaku Highballs (showcasing five classically Japanese taste profiles such as yuzu and genmaicha), White Shades Signature Highballs (with delightful infusions of tropical fruits like soursop, mango, and pineapple), and Refreshing and Zesty highballs (topped with soda for a fizzy kick). The best part is the Happiest (4pm to 6pm) and Happy Hour (6pm to 8pm) deals – as one example, you can grab a Japanese Kaku Highball for a thrifty $10 during Happiest Hour.
Things get a lot more cosy at the Level 2 bar where guests can choose to lounge in privacy at the plush booth seats or hang out at the man-made stone bar countertop. Indulge in a range of boundary-pushing cocktails paired with fusion modern dishes such as sambal matah beef tartare and kecap manis ribs. Level three boasts a customisable event space that can hold up to 35 guests – perfect for any intimate private events. Last but not least, the rooftop allows all to kickback over draft beers and cocktails that are all affordably priced under $20.
