If you fancy yourself a carnivore, the Christmas Specials on 24 December (lunch $68, dinner $108) and 25 December (lunch $98, dinner $108) will be right up your alley. Feast at the Christmas carving station to load up on a spread of traditional roast turkey and honey glazed ham, and be sure to save some space for the gingerbread cheesecake. Welcome the new year with the return of RISE’s backyard barbeque, and with it, grill favourites like fillet of beef, rosemary lamb chops, and stingray. Also, be sure to indulge in some winter black truffle capellini, and wagyu beef bourguignon at the live Western station.

Gift a sweet treat this Christmas – literally – with confectionaries from SweetSpot. The pint-sized Signature Christmas Tree ($65), embellished with candied almonds and chocolate ornaments, doubles up as an adorable centrepiece.
